AS YOU PLAN, CONSIDER THESE VENDORS

We want you to have all the information you need to plan confidently! While we’re wildly proud of what we include for our couples, we believe knowing what's not included is just as important as knowing what is.

We make hiring vendors SUPER EASY for our couples and have an open vendor policy. This means you can choose from our Recommended Vendor List OR you’re welcome to hire your own vendor choices! You’ll just get fast & easy venue approval prior to hiring if they’re not on our list.

Below isn’t an exhaustive list, your Vendor Team will be unique to your needs. But these are the BIG GUYS that all couples hire and/or have.

NO. 1

WEDDING COORDINATOR

We do require all VVE Couples to hire a Wedding Coordinator through our exclusive partner, Chelsea Cholas Wedding Planning (CCWP). VVE Couples get a special rate of $1,800.


NO. 2

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

Photo and video is one of our favorite things! It’s an opportunity for you to hire a vendor who really captures your style and the feeling of your wedding day.


NO. 3

CATERING FOR COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION

Professional catering is required for your cocktail hour appetizers and your reception dinner. We have recommendations! Your caterer needs a staff to clear tables as well.


NO. 4

DJ OR LIVE BAND

Your DJ or Live Band is required to provide all sound, music, and AV equipment for your full wedding day (ceremony, cocktail, reception).


NO. 5

CAKE BAKER/DESSERT

You’re welcome to do traditional cake or most types of desserts if cake isn’t your thing! We’ve seen everything from ice cream trucks to donut walls :)


NO. 6

LINENS, cHINA & GLASS

The venue does not provide table linens so you’ll want to rent or buy these. We do not require you to use real china or glassware but if you’d like to rent that, you totally can!

WELL WE HAVE ANSWERS

  • Thank you for asking! You get access from 11 am to 11 pm with 6 full event hours. Ceremony starts at 4 pm (or later), The last song is at 10 pm, the bar closes at 9:30 pm.

  • Because we want you to actually remember & enjoy your wedding, we DO require a Wedding Coordinator. Our exclusive partner, Chelsea Cholas Wedding Planning, is who you’ll hire as your Coordinator. She gives VVE Couples a special price of $1,800 - well below standard industry rates!

  • Our maximum capacity is 200 people. But, because we like to keep it real, we recommend 175 or less for comfort and optimal floor plan options.

  • One of our couple’s favorite benefits is that Vista View Events holds a Tavern Liquor License! This means we handle every single thing when it comes to your bar: from the bartenders, to the alcohol, and down to the last ice cube! We have four incredible packages to choose from - AND we only charge you for people who are actually drinking! Check out our packages here.

  • Oh my gosh, we thought you’d never ask! Allow us to share our Complimentary Decor Library Here. Use as much as you’d like on the big day!

  • Absolutely NOT. Along with our Wedding Coordinator, our team will setup and breakdown all venue-related items. You will load & take all personal items and decor with you at the end of the night - and we’ll make sure all of your personal decor is packed up and ready for you to do that :)

  • Yes, of course! You get one full hour for ceremony rehearsal the morning before your wedding from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM. Connect with our team to lock in your spot!

  • We've got you covered - literally! While we all dream of perfect weather, our experienced team is always prepared with a seamless backup plan for your ceremony. Right up until 60 minutes before your celebration begins, we'll keep a close eye on the forecast and can swiftly transition to our beautiful indoor ceremony space if needed. We've hosted hundreds of weddings in all types of weather, and we promise you this: rain or shine, your day will be absolutely magical. Our dedicated team will handle all the logistics of the adjustment, allowing you and your loved ones to stay focused on the joy of your celebration. Some of our most memorable and intimate ceremonies have taken place indoors, creating an incredibly cozy and romantic atmosphere for your "I dos."
